Hi there and welcome to the Hunkie Hounds Mobile Dog Grooming website. My name is Maria and I am the owner/operator of Hunkie Hounds.    

After working in the pet care industry for over 4 years I came to discover that it was more than hard to get an in home dog grooming service that was not only reliable but gave its clients professional results.

My aim in creating Hunkie Hounds was to be able to offer you a professional yet passionate, personalized and caring approach to your dog’s health and wellbeing, and I love it!

I am a one woman show so when you call me, you speak to me! Not an operator that will promise someone will call you back within 24hrs but more often than not never does. I own my business so this means my prices are lower and more competitive than other dog groomers because I don’t have to pay commissions to franchises. My costs are lower so my prices are lower. But best of all .... I ACTUALLY LOVE DOGS. Any shape, size, breed or colour. I take pride in the fact I do not discriminate so weather you own a Maltese or a Pit Bull Terrier, I do them all.
